Annet Mahendru

Mahendru's parents were Russian and a Hindu Indian. She was born in Afghanistan. Mahendru is fluent in German Russian English, French Persian and Hindi. Her parents are Russian as well as Indian. At the age of 11 Annat Mahendru choreographed, and danced in a show that earned her a German television appearance. Her performance was a Russian snow girl who transformed into a fun Indian dancer. The girl graduated high school within New York before earning a bachelor of Arts (English) at St. John's University. In college, she attended acting classes at the HB studio but the quit to pursue improvisation classes in The Groundlings School taking on several comedy-related projects afterward. Her parents were Hindu and Indian father Ghanshan K Mahendru and a Russian mother Olga. When she was just 13 parents separated. Her father relocated her family members to East Meadow New York. She is best known as the ex- KGB Agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova in FX's The Americans. She played a recurring character in The Following on Fox, The Following, and NBC's The Blacklist.
